Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of airport transfer services by a licensed taxi service provider in the Republic of Cyprus, specifically for routes from Ayia Napa to Larnaca International Airport and from Ayia Napa to Paphos International Airport. By booking an airport transfer service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Booking and Confirmation
1.1. Request for Booking: Submitting a booking request does not guarantee confirmation of the airport transfer service. The booking request serves as an inquiry, and availability of the service will be confirmed separately.

1.2. Confirmation: The airport transfer service will be confirmed upon availability and receipt of a confirmation email or other form of communication from the licensed taxi service provider. The confirmation will include the details of your booking, including the date, time, and pickup/drop-off locations.

Cancellation and Refunds
2.1. Cancellation by the Customer: If you need to cancel your airport transfer, you must notify the licensed taxi service provider at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to cancellation fees.

2.2. No Cancellation Fee: If you cancel your airport transfer at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time, no cancellation fee will be charged, and you may be eligible for a full refund of any prepayment made.

2.3. Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to cancellation fees, which will be communicated to you by the licensed taxi service provider. The cancellation fees are designed to compensate the provider for any costs or losses incurred due to the cancellation.

2.4. Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the refund policy of the licensed taxi service provider. Please contact the provider directly for more information regarding their refund policy.

Service Terms
3.1. Licensed Taxi Service: The airport transfer service will be provided by a licensed taxi service provider in compliance with the regulations and requirements of the Republic of Cyprus.

3.2. Pickup and Drop-off Locations: The pickup and drop-off locations for the airport transfer will be as specified in the booking confirmation. Any changes or deviations from the agreed locations may be subject to additional charges.

3.3. Time Accuracy: The licensed taxi service provider will make reasonable efforts to ensure the punctuality and accuracy of the airport transfer service. However, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic conditions, weather, or other events beyond the provider’s control may cause delays. The provider will not be held liable for any consequences arising from such delays.

Liability and Indemnification
4.1. Limitation of Liability: The licensed taxi service provider will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the provision of the airport transfer service, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of belongings.

4.2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the licensed taxi service provider from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the airport transfer service, except to the extent caused by the provider’s negligence or willful misconduct.

General Provisions
5.1. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the licensed taxi service provider regarding the airport transfer service and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

5.2. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
